What will you bring
Full moon
Madness
Mayhem
Spring
Full moon
Balance
Light
Hope
Full moon
Bring what you will

This post is part of the annual month-long Slice of Life writing challenge organized by Two Writing Teachers. Join us! It’s my third year of slicing in the challenge and I’m looking forward to writing and learning along with all of you.
I love that you refer to this as a skinny poem! So clever and effective use of your words.
And I couldn’t agree more with the madness and mayhem!

They are fun to write. GIve one a try! Since you visited, I added a link to the directions. Your comment reminded me I forgot to include them, so thank you!

The moon was so beautiful last night and this morning. I wonder what it will bring….I hope it is Spring for real!

Full moon madness and mayhem and the week before Spring Break…googly eyes and wild hair…and that would be the teachers! Lol! Great poem, Christie!

Love your skinny. We’ve been watching the moon the past couple nights and they say it is a Super Moon and a Worm Moon. In any case, it is gorgeous and your poem is a great tribute.

I have been writing loads of skinny poems with metaphor dice. I’m working on a full moon poem but it’s not a skinny. I love the contrast between the mayhem and the peacefulness of a full moon.

Two sides to the full moon. We teachers don’t always see it for its stunning beauty, do we? We should.

I love the fact that your skinny poem looks very worm-like for the full worm moon! I’ve been standing at my window in my quiet house (all the sickies are asleep at last!) and watching the full moon rise. I’m glad that I found a poem about it, since it did not occur to me to write one.

It never occurred to me that it looked like a worm. Thanks for noticing that!
