Today’s slice was inspired by the photographic slices of Two Writing Teachers co-author, Kelsey Corter. Kelsey often slices almost entirely in photos on her blog, life, in slices, leaving images to tell the story of a small moment.

Thanks for wondering and wandering a bit with me today. Many thanks to the crew at Two Writing Teachers, and the extended SOL community, for giving us the time, space, and encouragement to live the writerly life here every Tuesday throughout the year and daily during the month of March.
Wasn’t it gorgeous!? It wasn’t quite that warm here, but my husband and I went for a walk as well. It felt like we were welcoming spring.

I heard the red-wings singing and two pileateds drumming away. Magical!

We had that weather over the weekend. Definitely a spirit booster after a long winter!

This brings me right back home to WI, and I’m now yearning for a walk like this.

I don’t know. I had a pretty nice walk through Central Park a few weeks ago on a gorgeous day. I know you’ve got some lovely parks in Brooklyn, too, right?
